The route includes hills such as: sheephouse lane (rivington);Edgerton Road (Belmont);Bolton Road (Turton -Edgeworth); Watling Road (Affetside); Outwood Road (Radcliffe), Ashworth Road, (Ashworth Vale), a stretch of the A58, out of Rochdale toward Halifax; Mytholm Steeps(25% - nr Hebden Bridge; Sharney Ford (Todmorden/Bacup); Rawson's Rake (25%-Ramsbottom); Moor Rd (Anglezarke, nr Rivington); again over Sheephouse lane; scout road and edge lane (Winter Hill, nr Rivington). |

| Excellent route. It's certainly got plenty of climbing in it. Some of the climbs are seriously hard work with the Hebden Bridge 25% and Todmorden to Bacup climbs sticking in my mind as particularly tricky. Fully recommended but it is a tough ride. If I had any criticism, it'd be trawl right through the middle of Rochdale but I appreciate it's hard to find an alternative. | ||
