Start at Y Ffor and then go pass Pencaenewydd ride along for a while and take a look at the views until you reach Llangybi, then reach a cross-road and go down to Llanarmon, carry on down until you reach a junction (beware of the junction, fast traffic on b4354) For more precautions on that junction go slow after Llanarmon. Then, take care when riding back to Ffor.
