Cycle Steps
This is a fairly hilly, road route, mainly on country lanes, but with one section of A road.
Head out of Wootton on Cranfield Road, up Cranfiled hill, through Upper Shelton and into Cranfield. In Cranfield turn right into Bourne End Road. Follow this to the Astwood Road junction, where you turn right and follow the road to the left and on to Astwood.
In Astwood turn right into Main Road and follow this, swinging left to get to the Newport Pagnall Road, A422 junction. Turn right onto the A422, heading towards Stagsden. Just before the Stagden turn off on the left, take the turn off on the right, heading for Woodend.
Follow the road as it turns sharp left and becomes West End Road. Turn right, off West End Road into Tithe Road, still heading for Woodend.
In Woodend, turn right into Wood End Road. When you exit Woodend, take the next left into Keeley Lane, heading towards Keeley Green. Take the first right turn, off Keeley Lane into Hall End Road, heading back to Wootton and the start point.
