From Whitchurch head out through Rhiwbina and up Rhiwbina Hill. Continue to Caerphilly mountain and head back to Whitchurch via Thornhill Road.

This is a quick up and down 9 miles to stretch your legs and blow away the cobwebs.

Vary thr route by coming back through the Wenault or adding an extra loop via Roath Park Lake.
