| Oldford Hill offers a more direct route to the centre of Frome than along Iron Mill Lane, but is quite a long, stiff ascent when approached from the north (also quite heavy rush hour traffic on a single carrageway with no overtaking). Fortunately it does have a paved footpath if you don't mind pushing up it to Gipsy Lane. Cycle parking facilities in central Frome are notably meagre at the time of writing | ||
