| This is a fun, off road route along the Canals of the West Midlands, that combines different types of terrain with different locations. The terrain varies along the canals, with grass, mud, gravel, tarmac and dusty sections. There's also a brief road section. There's no real worry about falling into the canal, as the path is wide enough to not cause any worries. Location wise there's some good sights along the canal. The route also goes very close to Walsall Town Center and Wolverhampton City Center, giving the chance for you to stop for a drink or something to eat. |

| Its a good work out especially for the new people to cycling (like me) First time I did it was 2hrs 44min, have subsequently improved to 2 hours 30 mins and hope to get better. It's a nice steady ride, but I recommend going in pairs as there are some quite isolated areas.... | ||
