| This route is a varied route which is best on a road bike the route is quite simple if you follow village to village from the Crow lane indst est A45 there is a cycle path that leads on past the river this route has a 4-5 hills which do make your legs burn but are well worth it. Please note that the A428 is a major road so maybe not suited to people who do not like fast traffic |
