A loop taking in many of the tube stations in North West London. It can be started & finished at any of Northwood Hills, Rickmansworth, Ickenham, West Ruislip, Ruislip Gardens, South Ruislip, South Harrow, Harrow-on the Hill, Harrow & Wealdstone or Bushey & Oxhey.

Takes in many of the hills in the area and uses busy roads. Best time is early Sunday morning or evenings when traffic is lighter.
