Quite a simple route to follow. I headed off to Durham then left towards lanchester then headed off to leadgate. Theres a bit of a climb on lanchester to leadgate road and its alo a main road. I joined the c2c path at leadgate, and, anyone whos been on there will know its mainly downhill to washington.
