Cycle Steps
Setting off from mill lane head left into tenter lane, cross over the A1 bridge and turn left after the playing field, cross over the railway bridge and head right on the unmarked off road past the local cemetenry.

Head down the hill marked TPT to cusworth and cross over the old railway way over the river Don, unfortunately the bikes need to be carried down a few steps to the left to join the canal path.

Once on the canal path head right along the River Don on the TPT towards Barnsley, under the A1 and all the way along the rivers edge on the untarmaced path passed the Sprotborough lock.

Continue along and pass the Boat Inn (Very Nice) and travel along the TPT along the rivers edge towards the Viaduct (Huge, very impressive).

Climb the short slope to join the viaduct path and cross over this to the left. Views of the conisbrough castle to the left. Head up the path through the wood ( a bit of a climb) and then join the road A630 at the top, turn left towards Doncaster and road ride back down to warmsworth crossroads.

At the cross roads turn left back onto mill lane and head back to home.
