Wow the scenery takes your breath away. We arrived at the corner of ocean view road and gills cliff opposite a great little chippy called the Ocean View, where we saw many bikes had stopped for a quick snack.

We joined them sat for a bit, ate our chips and down gills cliff road and along the coastal roads it just gets better and better please go down military road the views and sights are fantastic

I don't know whether this is an old description, and the conditions have since changed, but as of summer 2015 the paths indicated here are NOT suitable for cycling. The first 5 miles were very narrow bridal paths, mostly overgrown with brambles. The "few small hills" mentioned in the comments are very steep. Completing this in the 2 hours it recommends would require an average speed of 10 miles per hour, which is laughable. I made it 5 miles in nearly 2 hours before heading back.
