| Trail all the way, but with several steep inclines/decents. Trail takes you from Ashbourne, through the peak district, passing Black Rocks at Cromford. At High Peak Junction there is a small shop where drinks can be bought. Extend this by a mile and a quarter, along the Cromford canal and there are a couple of Cafes (The Wharf and Mill) |

| I did part of this route last year, from Tissington to Hartington, I really enjoyed it. It's not too tough and the scenery is amazing, well worth a trip! . | ||
