| The Tiptree 30 starts at Tesco’s in Church Road as you can park there if needed; The route is all B roads mostly quiet county roads you do go alongside the A12 from Witham to Hatfield Peverel there is a cycle path for this part so not to bad just a bit noisy after that it back on the quiet B roads to complete the loop back into Tiptree and back to Tesco’s to the finish. If you want to stop for a cup of tea you could stop at Bunsay Downs GC in Woodham Walter as this is about the half-way point of the route if not you could stop at the end when you return to Tiptree at the Tiptree tea rooms which are found on the left as you ride up to the top of factory hill, there are a few pubs along the route if you want to stop for lunch. |
