| Lydstep, Manorbier (Coast hill optional), Jameston, turn left after sharp bend in Hodgeston. Top of Freshwater East, Lamphey, Lower Lamphey Road, Pembroke, Upper Lamphey Road, The Ridgeway. Turn left for St Florence then either back to Tenby via Trefloyne Lane or over to Devonshire Road, Newhedges and back to Tenby. |

| Thought this would be a beautiful route, Pembroke Castle is impressive and the view as you ride back into Tenby is amazing, looking out over the North Beach and life boat stations, the rest of the ride is a little disappointing. | ||
