Stobhill - Gartnavel direction is pretty much all downhill.

Route: Stobhill Hospital up Belmont Road - turn left into Balgrayhill Road (Balgrayhill Road is quite narrow at times so watch out for buses etc) - at junction with Hawthorn Street turn right into Hawthorn Street, passing over Springbun Road - at the junction of Hawthorn Street and Balmore Road.

Go straight across into Bisland Drive - cross over Maryhill Road into Queen Margaret Drive - after Botanic Gardens turn right into Great Western Road (part of the way has shared bus/cycle lane at peak times) - turn left into Gartnavel Hospital grounds at the lights just before the petrol station.

Bicycle parking is available outside the main hospital entrance.
