| Road to stenton from thistly cross roundabout is fairly flat with little in the way of steep hills. After stenton there is a steep hill which you must ascend but there is a steep descent to follow. Continuing on this road there are a few steep ups and downs but nothing too major, cycle back along A199 is all flat. | |
