Cycle Steps
Start off leisurely south out of Snodland heading towards Birling and Ryarsh.Nothing to difficult here as you head west towards Wrotham Heath,a little more difficult now as you head steadily up the testing lower half of Seven Mile Lane,a good punch up this steady incline will see you arrive at the Roundabout that splits the lane ,sharp left towards Mereworth along the A26 Tonbridge Road ,you arrive at the crossroads in Waterinbury with a sharp left again and enter into a testing climb up Red hill towards the North Pole Pub.(Possible Refreshment Stop).
Time for a little respite as we turn immediately right and head towards Barming out through Parkhurst Wood ,once you arrive at Barming you are rewarded with a long and very fast descent into Maidstone Town Centre.Have to be careful as you head down and out on the spine road towards Sandling (A229),another steady climb up the lower half of Blue Bell Hill until you arrive at the Lower Bell Pub,turn left and head down into the picturesque village of Aylesford. You then head ou towards Ditton choice of 2 routes once through Aylesford you can either head straight up Station Road or turn left up Hall Road and the turn right onto the A20 heading towards Larkfield, you will then arrive at the top of New Hythe Lane ,right here and head down towards New Hythe ,turn left onto Leybourne Way until you reach the Traffic Lights at the junction of the A228 ,right towards Snodland and voila !!! = you are back where you started .
