Nice route particularly in the summer as views over the lake are great. Really good training run with a little bit of singletrack thrown in. Aim to be round in 45 mins. In winter the field can become a bit boggy but you can still pick your way around the puddles.

Not really just make sure you dont miss the turning right into the bridleway at the farm.
