A fairly direct route to Cosham Railway station on the outskirts of Portsmouth through beautiful Hampshire Countryside. A couple of climbs but nothing too strenuous. Reversing the route would involve one particularly long climb near Exton.

Note that the route involves pushing your bike through a short pedestrianised street at Cosham but it is possible to reach the station via the road with a diversion.
