Leave ward street, cycle through Methilhill and join the Glenrothes road A911, head straight through Glenrothes and out from leslie towards scotlandwell still on the A911. From Scotlandwell stay on the A911 and out towards kinnesswood (very tricky hill section).

Take the turnoff toward Kinross via Lethangie and cycle straight through Kinross on the B996, this roads mirrors the M90 for approx 6 mile then heads of towards cowdenbeath on the A909, relatively flat section with a few small testing hills, gets windy around the open plains of Loch Leven and can be slightly tough on the legs.

Head thorugh Cowdenbeath towards mossmoran, at mossmoran go straight through the roundabout and remain on the A909 on a approx mile downhill section to the crossroads where i took an immediate left onto the B9157 (the quarry road) this road runs fairly straight al the way along to Kirkcaldy ( pollen fields all the way along, not good for hay fever sufferes sniffle sniffle.

When entering Kirkcaldy head onto the esplanade and cycle straight along past the swimming pool and harbour. ( Spokes Cycles shop on the left hand side at the harbour) a very steep uphill climb @ the college next before heading out to dysart on the A955, stay on this road through Dysart, the coalton of wemyss and East wemyss before entering buckhaven and heading back to Ward street to finish
