| This is a varied route with some great descending of Bison Hill , Toms Hill & hedley hill . Matched by some good climbing with a steady start out of Markyate and up to Whipsnade with a long pull upto Ashridge . The climb out of Berko past the ruins and upto the monumnent tests the legs before heading towards gaddesden and up Pedley Hill . Once back through Redbourn and Flamsted you pop across the A5 to a punchy little climb before a short pull to Slip End. Then you roll through woodside to a welcome Coffee and Cake at Jakes Cafe |
