The route begins at Howden Park, Livingston cycling on the road through Blackburn, Whitburn, Harthill,Newhouse, Newarhill, Motherwell, Wishaw, Newmains, Allanton, Shotts,Fauldhouse, West Calder, Polbeth and back to Livingston, this route took me approx 5 hours at a steady pace, the hardest part of the route is cycling from Harthill to Salsburgh/ Newhouse where you encouter a few steep slopes | |
