| Start along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal path, care needs to be taken at a couple of places the path swaps sides meaning lifting bike up steps over bridges. There are a few nice pubs on the way, this cycle is hard if it is really windy. In Southport There are some council bike hire shops these might have other supplies, they are signposted very well. I followed all routes suitable for a road bike. |
