Cycle Steps
This is a route on quite busy and built up roads. It begins at Leigh-on-Sea Rail Station and heads down the sea front through Southend, joining the B1016 to Shoebury. You then follow the A13 and A1159 to North Southend, working your way to the A127, which has a cycle pavement along it to Laindon. Then turn onto the B148 and vere off right onto the Lower Dunton Road. Follow this down through Little Malgrave and onto the B1007 to Stanford-le-Hope. Work you'r way through the town to Basildon and joining the A13 to go through Benfleet, Hadleigh and back to Leigh-on-Sea.
