| Tried this route today and enjoyed it, only spoilt by a five minute spell of rain and hail as I was riding along the river past Newcastle business park. I followed the riverside route at Newburn rather than through Lemington which added a mile or so. My Garmin watch measured the ride at 27.9 miles. | ||
