Cycle Steps
Start in Keswick and head for Braithwaite cross the river on the foot bridge to avoid the main road where possible. Follow the map it isn't too hilly the way shown but it is quite a long drag but the views make up for the hills. Take plenty of water with you as you will need it later, the real hills start once you get on the road to Buttermere. At Buttermere follow the road around the lake till you come to right turn, this is easy to miss, if you miss it you get a few more chances later on the one mapped is my choice I find it easier. You will eventually get to the Winlatter pass (this is where you will need your water as it is fairly steep). Once on the top its easy back to Keswick.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Lake District, tea room at Visitors centre on Winlatter pass
