| head out towards navestock , past the flower barn then next left take steep uphill mill lane (shonks mill) , then on the flat past sabines green , take old rd , then dytchlys , along coxtie grn rd, then last leg down A128 Ongar rd and around frog st back to K/H , a few hills (one or two are a little tough) it should take you around 45/50 mins its about 20k , no need to stop all on tarmac so ok for any type of bike | |
