80% offroad circuit mainly on Bridleways, and almost completely avoids roads. Some muddy paths would be un-rideable on wettest winter days.

Generally not a hilly route, although it saves it all up for one very large hill (Walbury Hill), with an extremely steep ascent and discent (easy to miss out if preferred).

Needs some preparation to get the navigation right, but all offroad tracks are marked on detailed maps.
