| Cycled up to Swifts manor, near preston St.MAry then did the the loops there with a friend on her horse so a lot of that is trail/track biking. Lots of fun but hard on your bum! Then home from swifts manor alone. Mostly flat with a few sudden unexpected hills! Also some very muddy area around the track near lavenham railway walk. |
