| This route was ridden by the Faversham Velotec. From Faversham to Wye is relativly flat and down hill. Coming out of Wye we eventually climb about 750 feet over the downs, then levels off again and rolls down hill towards Chartaham and Canterbury, options to use a rather busy main road or NCR18 which is quite nice into Canterbury. Head out of the city via the University and on to whitstable road, one steep hill here but dot difficult, then Denstoude road and follow back to Faversham. Brilliant views. |
