| A good ride but the route through Brocket Hall is closed. The map needs updating to go through Lemsford Village, under the A1/M1 and up the Gt North Rd to the first left back into Ayot Green | ||

| I cycled up from Camden and the joined this route. Really great route. Some sections I saw hardly any cars! As you can't go through Brocket Hall another way is turn left on Marford Rd and right up Waterend Lane which is a steep and quiet back road. It then rejoing the route. Also, a good cycling cafe is Jack's Cafe in Wheathampstead | ||
