| Very easy route on almost traffic free roads - very pleasant on a summers day. Very flat and generally good road surfaces. There is a Millers Trail map and booklet giving detail of water mills and river mills in this area - detail at http://www.discoversuffolk.org.uk/cycling.aspx I did a variation on the route starting at Elmswell train station |
