Cycle Steps
Mostly quite country roads. Dunstable to Toddington. Then through Woburn Park and the Brickhills to the Three Locks (20 mile stop for a shandy?).
Continue down through L/Buzzard following the Wing Road then the Horton Rd to Ivinghoe - alternate route (if not in a hurry) is to follow the towpath all the way from the Three Locks to Grove)
Then a gentle climb from Dagnal to Studham and then again from Studham to the Downs, then downhill back to the start.
Get of the the Train at Eastbourne and go along the coast towards Brighton.
Stay on the coast untill Bognor Regis and you will have to go in land for a bit. Keep going towards Portsmouth.
At Portsmouth, go over the Bridge and enter the New Forest.
Use the A roads and go towards Western Super Mere
