77 miles through central lakes and out to south cumbria coast via Hawkshead and East side of Coniston lake. To Ulverston and then the coast road to Barrow in Furness. A loop around the roads of walney island and back to Barrow to get the train back up to Maryport and ride back home from there (bikes free on train).

Bike shop In cockermouth - 4play cycles, several in both Keswick and Ambleside. Bound to be one in Barrow but I wasn't in the town centre at all
