| Out into the Hampshire countyside from Colden Common. A fairly difficult first 8 miles to a highh point at the A272, then down in to the river vally to Cheriton (Flower Pots pub - very good) and on to Alresford (home of Mid Hants Railway). Out of Alresford and on to the road running parallel with the River Itchen and 5 miles on to Kingsworthy. Cart and Horse pub - good for food and drink with outdoor tabels etc. Then onwards to Winchester and back to Colden Common | |
