Cycle Steps
This is a really good, mostly flat, cycle route, that takes you past the Oval and Hyde Park up to Paddington, then around Regents Park and back via Bloomsbury, The City and London Bridge. The route takes you to some tourist spots, but also takes you to the edges of the tourist areas, which is where some of the more idiosyncratic elements of London can be experienced.

Hi!We have been there last month, on Riccardo and Huongs farewell trip. Nice and easy rotues. Bolts are in a good shape. When we came there a big slopony group was there, so probably it will be a bit cowded during high season. P.S. For the history minded there is a small bunker-cave from the french or american war on the island.
