| This is a mixed route taking you through Leicester's industrial heartland and then out to some of its prettiest villages. Ridgemere Lane presents beautiful vistas across Leicestershire. There is a short cut from Scraptoft Golf Club to Humberstone on a field road which can be a bit muddy. The section on the Croxton Road is the hilliest so perhaps do this first while legs are fresh Barkby into town is a little flatter. Enjoy. | |
