| A circular route through rural Mid Essex. Few hills, taking in the villages of Wickham Bishops, Langford, Heybridge and Little Totham. Minor roads, occasionally venturing onto B roads when unavoidable. | |

| The route starts at The Angel Public House, goes past the church in Wickham Bishops and some sort of engineering museum in Langford. Heybridge has a few small shops and cafes. The route also passes a small fishing lake in Scraley Road Heybridge, and also Heybridge Swifts Football Club. The Swan in Little Totham is a frequent winner of the CAMRA pub of the year. |
