Cycle Steps
I used mainly roads apart from the NCN 5 alongside the North Wales Expressway (A55). There are quieter roads beside the A5 from Bethesda to Ogwen Cottage and the other side of Conway Valley from Llanrwst to Conway. Unfortunately there's little option along the A5 between Ogwen Cottage and Betws y Coed. Fabulous mountain scenery throughout.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Plenty of snack bars and cafes on the route, especially at Ogwen Cottage, Capel Curig, Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Try the cafe at Llanrwst Bridge in particular. Great photo opportunity there.
