Cycle Steps
A nice run which mostly sticks to quiet roads and well-surfaced cycle paths (a lot of route 17). Lots of pubs en route too, if you manage to get out of the Welly at the start. I got a bit lost and found a few too many hills for my level of fitness, especially up the appropriately named Cock Hill.
