| British Heart Foundation Cotswold Bike Ride route - 40 mile circular route through the Cotswolds. Some climbs on the route: the A40 out of Cheltenham to Whittington, the very steep hill from Charlton Abbots towards Temple Guiting, and the sting in the tail Dixton hill a few miles before the end. The descent down Stanway Hill is exhilerating, but mind the bends! | |

| Please don't forget the nearest cycle club of all - the Cheltenham CTC, 2 miles from the start / finish and at least 20 miles nearer than any of the others on the list | ||
