Easy route, predominantly along the Forth & Clyde Canal. Just watch the broken glass on the canal path. Go via Milton to Balmore Road to join the canal. In Maryhill change from the Kirkintilloch arm of the canal to the Clydebank - Port Dundas arm (take the exit to your right, go under the bridge and then take the bike up to the other arm of the canal immediatly after the bridge). After that it's along the canal for the rest of the journey, traffic free. |
