Cycle Steps
This is a nice and easy road ride, on a mix of A, B, and country roads, with a few small hills and some lovely villages.
Riding this full route is a 50 mile round trip. However, as it is formed from three linked loops, it gives the option to vary the distance and/or the direction to fit in with time available and to keep the route interesting.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Some lovely villages.

A very pretty and relaxing route but there are some road works and re-surfacing taking place near Warter. Sign says for 4 weeks (May 2010)

The route by Enthorpe wood seems to cross a field that has no right of way - the right of way is along the Kiplingcoates Racecourse road , which in part is VERY muddy in all weathers and is a rough ride.

The route then comes out on to and follows the busy A164 to Middleton - which has high speed traffic - better to cross over follow to the Warter road link lopp and use that to enter Middleton if going that way round the route following the upper loop in a figure of eight.
