Top of Freshwater East, Lamphey, Lower Lamphey Road, Pembroke, Upper Lamphey Road, The Ridgeway.

Turn left for St Florence then either back to Tenby via Trefloyne Lane or over to Devonshire Road, Newhedges and back to Tenby.
