Cycle Steps
Start at plymouth hoe facing the sea, cycle left down the ramp turn right then immediatley left, there is a grass path down a steep hill.

At the bottom of the hill continue until you join the road, stay on the pavement until the road becomes two way (give way to pedestrians) stay on this road and attack lambhay hill. At the crest of the hill turn right and head down towards the cobbled streets of the barbican. Head for the bridge across the marina.

Once across the water head up besie the aquarium but take the right hand path towards the housing estate, you will soon join a road with speed bumps. at the end of this road turn right and keep going for 50 meters until you see a turning on your tight, this is the south coast path, take it. Once through your in the working fish dock (stinky) go straight until you come to a left hand t junction with a gas processing plant, turn left and ride alongside the plant. You will come to a round about, join the cyclepath and turn right. Go over laira bridge and turn immediately left and follow the path to saltram house, stick on the path by the water and stay left until you reach the marsh mills flyover. follow the path until you reach the plymton road. here you need to cross at the lights and go straight over down a one way road. this brings you out at the back of the ply valley trading estate (homebase halfords pcworld) stay on the road and go up the hill.

At the top of the hill move over to the right hand pavement and follow the cycleway, turn right under the tunnel and out up a short hill. Keep going allong forder valley road until you get the road ends, turn left across the express way and then head up egbuckland road. at the round about at the top turn left and go straight on until you reach the bottom of manamead road where you need to turn right.

Go up the hill until you meet the lights with the left hand feeder lane, take the left hand lane, this is tor road, follow it. At the second mini roundabout turn left and go straight on till you reach central park. When int he park take the first left road and head to the small entrance gate with the poisoned pond, take the middle treelined path toward the footie ground. at the top of the lane turn left before the car park and head back into central park.

Go straight on throught the parkand down the steep hill at the road belowturn right and dowuble bakc on youself climbing back up the other side of the hill you just decended, take your second left, then straight over the next road(busy sometimes) take the next left adn head back over to the beacon roundabout, go straight over that and up the step bit towards the station at the crest come off the road and onto the cycle path, turn right under the roundabaout and into the central quadrant. Go straight through town and the civic centre.

Cut through the pedestrain path near bar haha and go striaght over the road past the ark royal anchor and up onto the hoe. Turn right and do the west hoe loop coming back up cliff road. Your thighs should now be burning.
