Moray is made up of 52 towns and villages. Some are so small they blend in with the outskirts of other villages. Some of the larger villages and towns have a unique history or offer adventure in wildlife. Aberlour is the home of Walkers Shortbread. Archiestown once was a weaving town but now is popular with their distilleries. Keith has a tartan museum and was in the wool industry. Burghead offers the remains of an Iron Age Fort (the largest in Europe) and a Chambered Well that is located at the side of a hill with stairs leading below ground. The old town of Cullen is no longer standing although the Cullen House still remains. Their speciality is the Cullen Skink which is Haddock soup. Hopeman has two sandy beaches with dunes and some rocky sections while Longmorm is in the process of creating a cycle path alongside of the National Cycle Network.
