Scotland's capital offers something for everyone. One of the main focus points that attracts thousands is the Edinburgh Castle that sits on top of a volcanic mountain. Amongst the castle are ghost tours, excellent shopping, pubs, cafes, restaurants and museums. The best part of this wonderful city is that many take a tour by bike. During the busiest time buses gladly share the lanes with fellow cyclists. There are a few easy routes but for the more experienced mountain biker is Pentland Hills Regional Park.
