Training loop taking in Cheadle, Bramhall, Woodford, Poynton, Pott Shrigley (tea stop), Adlington, Wilmslow, Hale, Dunham Massey, Altrincham, Wythenshawe. Mainly flat roads, some hills around Poynton. Mainly quiet, some dual carriageway around Wilmslow. Road riding all way. Good training run.
