Joined: 11 Jan 2012 Posts: 7 Bike: | hi, i got one for £35, special offer, good bit of kit, dose heartrate and zones, cardio or fat burn, i find i need a flatish area to ride and stay in a zone, hills-dartmoor- push me out of any zone!! but i find it verry intresting, plus as i get fitter, i notice my rate drops quicker after hills, thats intresting and good, worth its cost, have fun, madferret. |
