PC runs disgustingly slow after hardware changes

Joined: 16 Sep 2017 Posts: 30 Bike: My Profile | Hello, I upgraded my pc to run Adobe after effects and premiere pro cs6 faster, but at first I didn't even notice any changes. This problem lasted for 3 weeks after trying MANY different methods to fix it, so I gave up and reinstalled windows 7. Now after the reinstall my PC is running EVEN SLOWER than before. I've tried everything, defragmenting the SSD the OS is on, deleting temporary files, everything. I don't understand, my PC should be rendering projects over 10x faster than my older hardware, it makes no sense and it's really getting on my nerves as I have lots of videos to edit on that PC.
